Secret Escapes launched in January 2011, specialising in ‘Flash Sales’ (limited time sales at heavily discounted prices) of luxury hotels and holidays. Having become market leaders in the UK we are now searching for a talented Contracts Manager for the UK to join our sales team. Reporting to the Head of Hotel Contracting, this person will take responsibility for negotiating contracts for hotel product direct with suppliers in the UK (specific area dependent on experience).

Key responsibilities:

·         Deliver a best in class product offering by:
  • Negotiating discounts of up to 70% with hotels in the UK
  • Identifying a pipeline of sales that offer a constant diversity of product across the UK, from country hotels and spas to chic and boutique in the city, from beach resorts to self-catering apartments
  • Manage all elements of the contracting process from target identification and initial contact right through to pricing, contract agreement and allocation management

Your profile

  • A proven Contracts Manager with a track record of successful product roles
  • Experience of negotiating contracts with UK hotels
  • Good knowledge of the domestic travel market
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills – previous flash sale experience a bonus
  • Boundless energy and commitment to your work and an entrepreneurial ‘can do’ approach to business
